This little corner café is nicely placed just down from the Canal Court Hotel in the town centre, and must benefit from reasonable pedestrian traffic coming and going to and from the shops in the town centre. It’s a nice place, with plenty of seating and nice views across the canal — you can come here on a lazy Sunday afternoon and chill out with a newspaper or your laptop to use thier WiFi, or you can spend a few idle hours drinking coffee, tea, or even availing of one of thier all day Cumberland Sausage Breakfasts which is only £4.95 and seems popular. The staff are really nice and helpful, no matter what you might need, and they brought our order fairly quickly. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I was told by my reliable Mother that thier coffee is lovely.
