We have been to this Frankie and Bennys before and found the staff to be friendly with great customer service.
Unfortunately we have just left after a poor quality meal. We also ordered a pitcher of Strawberry Daiquiri only to be offered two glassed of frozen daiquiri, which we refused advising that we had ordered a pitcher, our server then returned with a half pitcher of frozen daiquiri advising it was a pitcher for two (ignoring our protests), this was clearly the same two glasses poured into a pitcher. A table behind us strangely then got a full pitcher of the same drink. We will not be back to this or any other Frankie and Bennys.
