I agree that this is a friendly branch. The staff have good local knowledge of the property market and can advise on mortgages and savings products. Welsh residents are given priority for loans to help to improve the economic position within Wales. In the middle of town in a pedestrianised area.

I’ve held accounts with this branch of the Principality for the past 5 years.
It’s recently moved location, and is now in bright newly refurbished premises in Green Street. The offices are spacious and welcoming, and there’s even some toys for your children to play with — keeps them occupied for a couple of minutes, anyway!
All of the staff that I have come into contact with have been friendly and efficient. I took my mortgage out with them last year, and the Mortgage Adviser made the process as easy as it could be.
I’d highly recommend using them for your savings, investments or mortgage if you’re thinking of changing.
The only problem that I’ve found is that they don’t offer a current account.
