When I had a puncture recently just as I set out for work, I was able to nurse the car to Kwik Fit, which was handily placed just down the road from home.
They were able to replace the tyre within the hour but it wasn’t the cheapest. I checked out their tyre prices while waiting — you can get cheaper though I did hear some people haggling over the telephone.
It filled my needs at that moment but I would shop around in a non emergency situation
