When we were renting about 3years ago now our landlord used alan francais.
Alan francais were the ones who came round our house to inspect it every few months and if we had any problems we would have to go through them and then they would let our landlord know. The only problem with this is eveything took forever for messages to be told ect and it would be weeks before things got sorted, for example when the bath was leaking it was leaking through to the hallway by the lightbulb, now that seems important to me but it still took a few wekks and we had to leave notes around the house for alan francais about these problems.
Other than the problem stated above they were alright to use.
