I’ve used Craig at Easitest for PAT testing of a rental property for the past three years. He’s always turned up exactly on time with a friendly attitude. He’s completed the job quickly and efficiently all three times.
He also sends all the paperwork electronically so it’s easy to have for your records and sends an email reminder a few weeks before it’s due the following year to allow you to schedule it in.
Up to 25 items costs a fixed fee of £47.50 which was more than enough to cover my rental property.
