Uno Momento

Absolutely abhorrent service. We booked well in advance and were told that they «don’t do that» on arrival meaning we were ushered to the side with people who hadn’t booked. We were then lied to and told that we would have a table in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later still nothing. Then we found that they hadn’t even arranged for us to be seated. The girl who greeted us was charmless and sullen, possibly annoyed that she was at work. We were basically treat like we were an inconvenience and so we left. I’ve never been so annoyed at a restaurant. Since it was a Friday night, of course everywhere else was packed and my partners birthday night out was ruined. Class act, Uno Momento. I can’t even give this place less than 1 star but would if I could.

Good breakfasts and hot chocolate during the day. A limited authentic Italian menu in the evenings. Very popular Fri/​Sat evenings when booking is essential. Seem to get a lot of parties of women in therepossibly as a result of the Italian waiters flirting all the time.
