This is a little brown fronted shop in Cleveland Centre (or the mall as it is now known) right opposite WHSmiths. It’s been there for years and I think it’s just a little family run business.
Generally a shoe repair shop but it also does other jobs such as makes up dog collar tags, makes up numbers for your houses or little plaques with your house name on etc. They also take links out your watches as we found. Usually there is only one person serving behind the counter and they tend to deal with one person at a time, finishing a job before they move onto the next person so you may have to wait a while. They are quick and efficient though so you’ll soon be served and out the way. The other thing is, is they’re cheap. We’ve only ever been to have links taken out of a watch but it still only cost us £5, wheras it costs £10 in jewellers.
The staff are really friendly and don’t mind having a chat with you, very good service!
