Was looking for a replacement fluorescent lamps for my kitchen and was astonished by the prices all around the internet except for THL Solutions offer.
Lamps ordered arrived within2 days really well packed. Great!
But I made an error ordering wrong ones. I can’t believe I did that!
With anticipation of a hussle I opened THL Solution website, to discover, that link for returns is right by my order. It was approved and lamps were on their way next day.
I had a speciffic request and called them to find most forecoming and responsive people taking care.
They’re almost literally were going that extra mile to make my experience with them special (checking if other lamps will really fit by measuring them while on the phone).
It was so easy and pleasant I will deffinately will be checking them first for appliances.
