I popped in here to get my watch fixed and was in rather a rush… So I did pay the rather hefty £8 to get the battery changed! We watched the guy do it and it turned out to be a really easy fix which I could of probably done myself!
Don’t feel like you have to say yes to their deals, on reflection I don’t think I would come here again just because watch batteries can be changed easily and bought cheaply.
Customer service was very quick and friendly however so cannot fault them for that.

I’ve never had a pair of keys cut here that have worked first time (even when taken from the originals) and while I know they can’t stock every type of key going, they always have to order in. The staff however are polite so a couple of stars for that.

This is where you need to come should you need keys cut, shoes repaired or a house sign made. They also do badges, trophies, house numbers and various shoe care products! Located in the upper mall in the arndale, it is a bit of a random place to have a locksmiths but hey, this is manchester! They also sell a range of zippo lighters, umbrellas (always a must up here!) and make pet tags too. It is a chian so you get the same service everywhere, most small jobs are done there and then, same day service is great!
