This is the local branch of the bank I have been a member of for over 20 years. Sometimes I wonder why I have remained loyal as their customer service can be understated and I have had the misfortune of having someone use my account to pay for mobile phones etc as a result of their lax direct debit rules. However the staff at Croftsbank are friendly and I dont usually have to queue too long. They open for business on saturday morning which is very handy for those people who cannot make it in during the week.
