I have been with this bank years and sadly it closed down
staff were always friendly and smiley unlike another bank i
was also with but eventually got rid off.
when i had a problem with a transaction the manageress went
out of her way to help sort thing out over a few weeks
she is now in my main branch in st annes square.
for that reason i decided to let every one know what a gem
of a lady she is and how she proffessionally runs the bank.
