The pear day bed is lovely but I was promised free scatter cushions and cover. After accepting my order they told me there would be a couple of weeks delay before I received these extras. Two months later, since I’d had no word from them, I e-​mailed to ask when I’d get them. The answer was we expect to receive them in 3 weeks. Now almost 6 months from the initial order, and with no updates from them, I still do not have this part of the order (about £100 worth).Meanwhile, on their website, they are dishonestly continuing to offer these free extras with the days bed.
