I started training with Dave Donaldson after I injured my ankle playing football leaving me unable to walk. I regularly train at fitness first but after my injury I found it very hard to train and moving around the gym was very difficult so going to Dave’s private gym and having professional advice on how to train around this injury really helped. I have been able to train effectively and am relieved to get out of the house finally.

I came to train with David just the once on my search for personal training in Manchester and whilst the training was OK the actual training space was pretty poor. When I was there the window had a hole in it, as mentioned previously it is basically a converted office.
I actually ended up at ‘Train’ in Castlefield which has fantastic facilities.

I am a fitness freak and would reccomend the boxcersie class, and also a personal training schedule. And well you have to do the zumba classes the feeling is great and although you feel slightly wrecked the atmosphere is great defo is a must.
