Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is lovely and clean, very nicely laid out, service was efficient and the tables were cleaned properly!
Would be definitely coming back again.

I went to Pizza Hut today as I was getting hungry while in Manchester Fort and with not many Gluten Free places, I thought that here was my best bet as I wanted more fast food than Nandos.
I ordered a Gluten Free New York Deli without the Mustard to take out, the seats in the small wating bit were not great for me, and you had to lean against the window for back support.
I asked for a drink while I waited, some pizza huts have offered me free drinks but they did charge about 6 pound for 2 coffees and a tea (Yes I was with a few friends, I couldn’t drink that on my own in 10 – 20 minutes!)
The drinks were very hot and they were not able to drink straight away, I appreciate a hot beverage but I ordered a drink to quickly have while waiting for my pizza, that was a drink you would have if you did have time and was sat in the resturant but I managed to finish it.
While I waited, they let me sit down in the resturants but I think this was rather for them than for me as otherwise with no table they will have been spillages and cup stains on their seat, especially being close to the door.
When it cooled down my coffee was quite nice, it surprised me actually with Pizza Hut not specialising in Coffee.
When my pizza came, they used a separate cutter to cut it for me, normally it is cut into little squares but they cut it into different slices, which was a nice change and made it seem like a normal pizza.
Out of the main pizza chains, Pizza Hut are the best for Gluten Free and today it was fantastic, they put good portions of the toppings on hence it was a very nice, cheesy pizza. Normally stores don’t put Gluten Free in the Buy One get one half price deal but they did, so because of the great tasting coffee, pizza and the offer, I have to give this store 4 stars.

Not too impressed with this Pizza Hut, without looking at the menu properly (its changed) we ordered a Super Supreme (as always) no olives no mushrooms, but with chillies, the server took the order and finally the pizza came.
It was covered in raw uncooked chillies and tasted strangley bland, we called the server over and explained we didnt like the raw chillies and the pizza tasted like something was missing.
He took the pizza back to add more cheese and cook the chillies some more, bought it back and yes the chillies were now under the cheese and cooked but… I couldnt quite work it out, the pizza I normally love tasted so bland and lifeless, why…
IT WAS MISSING THE MEAT! He’d bought us a Veggie Supreme, rather than a super supreme, which they dont seem to do any more but instead of telling us that, he centred on the word SUPREME and bought us the worst pizza I can say ive ever had at pizza hut, no taste except raw veg yuk!
If I was a veggie id be equally disappointed though, as the pizza & sauce can at least be jazzed up to give some FLAVOUR! for £15 id rather make my own.
Ohter wise service was good, restaurant clean, friendly staff if a little slow on the uptake.

I find this Pizza Hut appaling. As the menu and the prices are the same in each pizza hut the difference is in the staff. Several times my family has been seated and then ignored for over twenty minutes before finally being asked if we would like drinks. We have been there for both the buffet and in the evening. We found that the food has run out at times during the buffet and that the staff aren’t around to serve drinks. The last visit we were seated after waiting for 20 minutes then ignore for 45 minutes after which we walked out. It’s a shame because the food is great.
I wouldn’t recommend this branch of pizza hut.

Service ive found at this Pizza Hut can be hit and miss. The food is the same quality as other Pizza Huts, but I‘ve found that when there are alot of customers the pizzas arn‘t always cooked as well as they should be, so dont be affraid to complain if it isnt upst standard. Price is standard and this place doesn‘t offer anything that other Pizza Huts dont. I think the best thing about this place is the day time buffet, but even then the food can run out at times.

This restaurant has recently been refurbished and it is more upmarket than some of the other Pizza Huts in Manchester. In addition the staff seem have been retrained and are so friendly and attentive that every time I visit it I am blown away by how good it is. Definitely worth a visit!

I am not normally a fan of chain restaurants, but this pizza hut has impressed me. The various restaurants in the city centre are always overcrowed and not cleaned throughly due to business. This pizza hut is lovely and clean, very nicely laid out, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the service was efficient and the tables were cleaned Properly! There was no waiting for food, or to order and the food was freshly cooked and piping hot. I would receommend this particular restaurant over all of the ones in the city centre.
