This Mcdonalds store is in the complex with the ASDA, opposite the Etihad Stadium. I was forced to go to this branch for my breakfast, with the early kick off between Manchester City and Manchester United, Mcdonald’s is not the best franchise but I have been forced to visit their stores more and more recently. This store has a drive through, but it didn’t seem as popular as other stores. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger(no bun of course!) and Fries and I was quite disappointed, they did not put the lid of the box on properaly so in the bag, my 2 burger buns fell. I do feel these burgers were not good quality, I did not expect Gourmet Burgers from Mcdonalds but the cheese not being as melted as it should be, and the burgers being burnt has no excuse! This store gets really busy on a match day for City, so I would say don’t come here just for Mcdonalds if you are not going to football when City are playing at home. I was also quite upset to not be given any cutterly, because they had run out! It is unacceptable for a big firm like this to run out of knives and forks, they knew when the derby was! If I ever had to eat before football again, I would probably go to the one in Harpurhey or better yet make it myself, I have to give this star 1 store, very bad quality, long queues, missing out on key things really doesn’t make me want to go to this store.

Came to McDonald’s for an ice cream at 8pm in the evening as the sun is out and don’t know any good ice cream parlours to go to in Manchester. Service was good and new Aero Mcflurry is good. And free wifi
