I go here all the time to get my currency when going away — let’s face it, it’s always gonna be a much better rate than dealing with the places at the airport where you’re totally reliant on paying their poor exchange prices or using your card every time you’re in a foreign country!
M&S always get it right in terms of their customer service and the girls are always very friendly and chatty — I don’t know how they do their job knowing that everyone who’s coming through is off on their hols soon (I’d be far too jealous.)
Situated on the very top floor at the back, you do have to wander through a maze of beds and random furniture items to get here but it’s so stress free and easy that it’s worth it.
Just remember to bring ID!
