Kaytons

We have been dealing with Kaytons Estate Agents for just over two years now and they manage a number of our properties for us. We have had an excellent experience with the team involved and their management is effective and cost efficient.

So here is my review of Kaytons Estate Agents in Manchester.
So far we’ve had an awfully dreadful experience with Kaytons Estate Agents (Kaytons Ltd) and its Managing Director Gagan Khurana based in Manchester.
Forgetting the ability to keep in contact, the firm embarks on unscrupulous tactics to try and get the best offer for a Property Owner.
We made our offer which was rejected — which was fine it happens.
We then made a offer for the full asking price.
However over a day later Gagan Kharana emailed us back «we would like to receive your full and final offer to send over with other offers» — at the same time a friend of ours text us to say he had a made an offer but was removing the offer as he now knew it was us who wanted to buy and didnt want to get into a bidding war.
However Gagan tried to initiate the bidding war and stated that he had many other offers… what he forgot was the fact that we actually live across the street from the property he is trying to sell… so have seen who has been to view… exactly one person — our friend!
We asked Gagan if we could speak to the vendor but he has avoided this — no doubt because this was a stipulation of our offer we will get that rejected too.
I would honestly recommend that anyone who is considering buying or selling a property through Kaytons Estate Agents in Manchester to avoid doing so.
Its worth noting that Kaytons Estate Agents is a one man band (source linkedin) which is probably why others have been complaining of the bad service on the tenancy side.
