Okay. Hands up. The most I know about these powders is that one of them, I can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called, prevents hangovers.
Electrolyte! That’s it. Apparently if you make up a glass and drink half before you go out and half when you come home, you’ll be hangover free.
Now that’s about as far as I’d go when it comes to messing around with the human body. I’m clueless as to curds and whey, metatrassle hydrochlonomite, englebert humpdeprotein. But if you’re a health junkie with calves the size of actual baby cows and abs like an ice cube tray, as far as I know this has got everything, a superb range at reasonable prices, and none of that girly quinoa or vegan soy nut cheese you find in Holland & Barrett. This is for the real men. Well, the real gym-​obsessed men anyway.

Far too healthy for me to be honest. I only go in here whilst my better half get diet supplements. I usually just stare at the snack bars and dried food contemplating how inedible they all look.
If you’re a bit of a health freak and want a shop that really knows their stuff GNC is a good place to start. The staff are really well trained and there are always loads of offers on here.
