I don’t understand why this branch of GAME is so popular, it is always very busy and despite having a big screen where you can play the latest games for example FIFA 15, for a store in the Trafford Centre it isn’t that large and I also dislike the layout of the games so you have to go through every one to find the one you may need.
The store can get cramped at times so you have to sometimes go through the queue to look at some areas.
Some of the prices at GAME are also really expensive, I have found they are slightly cheaper on some products since coming out of administration but still despite having some good offers on consoles they do charge some ridiculous prices!
Due to the stores size and prices on some items, I have no choice but to give this store 3 stars.

I’m totally clueless when it comes to gaming but the staff in this branch of Game have helped me buy gifts for friends and family dozens of times. They explain all my options without patronising and pandering. I’ll go to this brand over the one in town just for the service.

If you love your games console then this is the shop to go for some great games at good prices. They also have a loyalty card which makes it worthwhile shopping there & often have some great deals– such as ‘deal of the week’. As well as selling games for all gaming platforms they sell consoles & accessories. They even have a few toys & t-​shirts. The staff are very knowledgeable & offer good advice especially if you’re not familiar with different games consoles.
The shop can get busy & there’s not a great deal of room to move around but the staff are quick at serving people so there’s not often a long wait time even if the q is fairly long.
