Visited for a cycle computer that will tell me how far i have travelled on my bike when attached to my turbo trainer. Had to wait 45 minutes to be served because they did not have enough staff working. Then they advised me which to buy and when i got it home it would not work with the turbo trainer as the sensor had to go on the front wheel. Not sure whether i was unlucky with the person who served me… or if they employ people who dont really cycle!

The staff in this store are helpful and not too sales driven and there is a good selection of bikes and accessories. The stock a selection of men’s and women’s clothing also. I went there to check out a bike they did not have in stock however they were willing to source that bike at another location. They also do service.

We took a bus load of our clients here to visit the new ski slope when it first opened. They all stopped off to look in Evans’ as the bikes there are something else! They range from your ordinary, road-​going adult basic bike to ones for 5 and 6 thousand pounds a time! I wonder if they have the most expensive ones locked away?
Very well-​staffed and extremely knowledgeable about bikes. I just wish I could afford one!
