I don’t know where to start about them, because they are the exact kind of estate agents you should always stay AWAY from and I mean it!
They were my agents for a year when I was in my last apartment. When I moved in, there was no inspection of the flat and I pretty much moved into a used/​dirty flat which was already inhabited by one other girl (I was desperate to find a place so I was happy to clean myself). After 5 months my flatmate decided to go back to Canada and I found a replacement, so when I take him to sign the contract they ask me to pay their agency fee of 200 pounds AGAIN (bear in my I had just paid that 5 months back). After about 3 more months, that guy moves out because he got a job in Scotland and I get one more flatmate and the same thing happens, they yet again asked me to pay their agency fees (This time it was absolutely ridiculous so I argued with them and they threatened to throw me out if I didn’t pay). Finally I was frustrated of dealing with them after few months and decided to move out. This time it was my deposit, they refused to give my deposit back (WTF). Reason being they had to spend 500 pounds to clean the flat! (REALLY?) and also they claimed I apparently 200 pounds was missing from my one months rent (All hell broke lose). I was absolutely fuming and refused to pay anything as I moved into a dirty flat (I cleaned it with a professional cleaner before leaving though) and they wanted to charge me money for cleaning and then made false accusations regarding rent payment (because i used to pay in cash BIG MISTAKE).
I finally had to comply and part ways with my deposit (which totally screwed me over) definitely would not recommend them to anyone because its not just me, most people who have dealt with them have said the same thing!
Verdict: HORRIBLE SCUMBAGS AND EXTORTIONISTS
