The property is located alongside Luton Parkway Railway Station, around a mile from Luton Airport(reached by a frequent bus service, or by walking if you so wish). Exit the station from platform one and you’ll be in reception in just a couple of minutes. This hotel is a standard Hilton By Hampton build and does what is says on the tin. It’s clean, comfortable and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. As with all HBH hotels, you get free wifi and a buffet breakfast(standard fare, but serves its purpose). Rooms are standard in design and come complete with multichannel flat screen tv, radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, walk-in shower and there’s a workable desk with plug sockets in the right place. The hotel serves meals from 11:00 till 22:00, but there’s a 24⁄7 menu too(pizzas etc). It’s not elaborate, but more than serves its purpose. For those unfamiliar with the area, there are no eating establishments within sensible walking distance from the hotel(other than disgraceful prices at the airport), so unless you have a car, the onsite restaurant will serve you well. There are car parking facilities at the hotel, which costs £6 a night. The hotel has a bar which is open 24⁄7. If you are relying on public transport, aside from the train station next door, there’s the bus to the airport as well as in to Luton town and the surrounding area. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the M1 motorway as well as several main«A» roads. The Hampton By Hilton Luton is ideal for an overnight stay, pre or post departure from the airport, or if you are area. You may need to watch the room rates as sometimes they can be a little on the high side(supply and demand, I realise). I paid £63.20 for the night and thought I’d got myself a good deal.

Limpio, cómodo. Igual que el resto de hoteles Hamptons by Hilton. Fácil acceso. Un poco cara la cafetería del hotel. Clean, confortable. Like every Hamptons by Hilton hotel. Easy to get there. Just a little bit expensive the hotel’s restaurant.

Handy hotel located near to Luton airport. Stayed here recently as I had a an early morning flight. Decorated in my favourite colour purple it was already off to a good start. The rooms were spacious and had good soundproofing. The hotel offered breakfast starting at 4:30 am which was really handy for our early flight. They only offer a continental selection until 6:30 am, but there was a good selection of pastries, yoghurts and cereals available. The only down point is that I thought that the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport, unfortunately it turned out that it was a regular bus from outside the hotel for £1.50. The airport is only 5 minutes away, but the buses don’t run as often in the early hours of the morning. There are buses from Luton airport parkway station more regularly but the hotel is on the other side of the track.
