Four star for product range and prices.
Two star for the attitude of some staff.
They were more than reluctant to give a refund for a faulty product. It was made worse because the product was now on sale at a reduced price. Despite having the receipt, the staff refused to refund the price I actually paid, and would only refund what the product now would cost.
THIS IS AS BAD AS THEFT!
Manager, get your staff trained so they do not break the law.
