I stopped by here since its is relatively close to the Doubletree Hilton in the west end. The place is clean and has a nice décor. Most of the guests were Chinese which is a good sign. Ordering from the lunch menu I had the wonton soup and beef chow mein. The soup was bland and tasteless. The wontons didn’t have any shrimp and lacked the usual bite. The broth was zero flavor. The beef show mein was ok the noodles were not crispy as I like. Overall an average experience.

This place is a block from the British Museum. Looks ok from the outside. We saw several Chinese people hanging around and decided to try something authentic. The interior is ok too. Small place. We had Steamed big Buns and King Prawn Dumpling which were ok, Kelp with Pork Ribs soup also good. Then everything went down hill, fast. The Slat and Pepper Squid was a greasy chewy tasteless mess. The Stir Fried Pork with Chilli has not any pork meat but a few pieces of uncured bacon. We asked the waiter what meat was that and she went downstairs to ask and came back telling us, in a rude way, it is pork. Hahaha. Wine prices are outrageous. Beer at 5 pounds. No credit card accepted!!! What a waste of time and money.
