I suppose it could have been worse but it was still very disappointing, especially as the food was not at all very authentic and it tasted of takeaways and fast food. the food was all together very greasy and salty, like a typical ‘chinese’ restaurant and the flavours tasted like it was mass and pre made from a jar.

A very nice local Chinese restaurant with friendly attentive staff and more importantly deliciously fresh and clean tasting food. The egg fried rice is very nice, as was everything. I would really recommend this restaurant if you are looking for Chinese food in Whetstone/North Finchley. The Chinese brocolli was perfectly cooked, crunchy and very good. Pretty reasonably priced too although the portions are not huge they are enough to share a rice for instance. All in all you could definitely do a lot worse and I personally think this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area.

I’m angry. I read the menu outside and it said 20% discounts on take-away. I made my order and THEN they showed me the fine print. You have to be a member and place your order before 7:30 pm. A zero for customer service because any reasonable business would have taken into account that this is a first visit and just 35 minutes after their cutoff time.
I do have to confess that they were polite, and the food was reasonably good. Not excellent though.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday and found the food to be delicious the service was lovely and best of all they are part of the taste of London club which made it great value, so good infact we are returning again this weekend.

I love getting a take away from this clean and tidy restaurant every Thursday night. I have been going there for about 6 months and it’s like a second home. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a extremely nice Chinese to either take away or eat in to go.
