Flower arrangements get a 4 star, but the service is appalling for special events.
For one-​off small deliveries W@H is fine.
For special events, good luck getting anyone from head office to ring you back when they say they will or send you quotes as promised. They are civil over the phone but follow-​through is almost non-​existent.

Larger than the concession of Wild at Heart in Westbourne Grove this place is the coolest flower shop in the area. The place is decorated with beautiful, elegant and glam with shiny black lacquer surfaces. It not only sells flowers, also they have a range of home products and some furniture.
The service is magnificent and professional; if you want a bouquet they will help you to get the right flowers, color, even scent!
Talking about scents they sell a delightful range of candles, as well as pretty throws and cushions.
