I’m just writing to you to let you know that I received 100% of my deposit back from my former landlord. The three Bulgarians (two guys, one lady) did a great job and it was a pleasure to have them there. They were working very efficiently, without many words and the apartment was spotless clean thereafter. In fact the landlord requested the contact details of your company and I was happy to forward those to him.
