We recently mover from Edinburgh to Vienna using VanOne Europe. The price seemed reasonable so we decided to us them. Once we had our delivery we soon discovered several of our items were damaged, broken and beyond repair. We asked Michael if we could make a claim but his response was that he was not interested in listening to our concerns questioning the authenticity of our concerns so he demanded proof. We sent photos but he refused saying his undisclosed insurer was not going to compensate as there was no witness that the damage occurred during transportation. He refused to give us the name of the insurer although it was supposedly our insurance as paying customers. Michael is a great talker and initially sounds genuine and interested in giving a high standard of service. However, he is not interested if /when the service delivery is poor or if you disagree with anything. We will report him to the Trading Standards and ask them to investigate his poor after service and insurance policy.
