If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I’ve been reporting several leaks in my flat for the last 2 years with no success. |Twenty separate emails, 9 contractors visits and still the problem persists. I’ve had to contact contractors to get scaffolding removed 3 months after the work was complete. They write to your building society if you attempt to set off the service charges, generally a very poor show. They charge a hefty fee for doing so little.

Any contact I have had with Urban Owners has been extremely painful. They have a terrible attitude straight from answering the phone, never reply to my emails before I resend them a week later(or sometimes keep ignoring them) and are extremely unhelpful. We have a problem with one of the cameras from the intercoms not working, it has been like that ever since they started managing our building(months) and they still are not doing anything about it despite phone calls and emails(by us and other people living in the building). They have changed the access codes and now refuse to give the new ones out. They never gave any notice that this would happen and are now asking for £80 per new fob. They are hiding behind the fact that it was a decision taken by the board of directors for our building but they are not trying to escalate back to them the fact that a lot of people are very unhappy with this and have been contacting them. From what I understand their job is, they should have advised the board of directors to communicate appropriately before putting such a drastic change into effect. Whenever we contact them, they are extremely aggressive and refuse to discuss anything, just tell us that this is the way it is and there is nothing we can do about it.
