Urban Outfitters

A particular fave of mine for passing the time if I’m meeting someone at Westfield. Especially for the books section, which is where I’ve been picking up quite a few pressies lately — the most recent one being a beautiful travel journal for a globe-​trotting friend, with lots of useful sections and a fold-​out map to mark off all the countries you’ve been. I was coveting plenty of others on everything from photography to hair braiding too.
Books aside, I confess I don’t really spend much time on the clothes but they do have lots of other quirky gifts (like fluffy pug hot water bottles — that was a hit!) and accessories.
This is an extra-​large outpost for them — so much so that you can’t see the back wall when you go in! A lot of stuff is hung up high to make the most of the space too — they have some great pretty-​but-​practical backpacks hanging well out of reach for most people. My almost-​six-​foot self could just about reach them with fingertips — after which I found myself getting asked to pass down a couple more by other shoppers! A win for long limbs ;)
