I go to ULU Recreation to work out at the pool, which is 33 meters long (100 feet). It’s an awkward length, but a pool is a pool, especially in Central London.
It’s a bit pricey if you go for a day pass, but the monthly passes are much better.
The locker room is EXTREMELY hot and humid, and it can get a bit nasty from dirt being tracked in (or hair in the women’s locker room). But someone does come clean it once in a while.
The pool is clean, which is a plus. It sometimes gets a bit crowded, though. It’s strange that the lanes are so wide, which makes the water very wavy. But the temperature is perfect for lap swimming!

I went to that swimming pool FIFTY years ago when I worked in the university canteen on the top floor. Sometimes I was the only user.

Mambo city salsa night tonight I will reserve judgement I have been to better venues. At least the music is actually good no R N B great atmosphere some really good lady dancers who will give you a real dance.
