How did it all start? 1– saw an ad on the tube 2– called them and talked to a cheerful lady explaining the idea, checking what food I don’t want to include in my diet, biometrics(I fell in love with the process as it doesn’t involve going to a nutrition clinic where they will measure you and some stick thin woman will judge you and lecture you on healthy eating habits like carrots and celery whenever you feel hungry!!! who will feel full after eating raw vegetable!!!) ** so the highlight point was that they believed me when I gave them my biometrics over the phone 3– of course your card details and address 4– post my building entrance key 5– started received the 3 daily meals+ 2 snacks in a cool bag every day for a month with a leaflet every day explaining what you will be eating that day ** another good thing about them is that you don’t have to stick to a minimum period — you can do as short as week on the down side though– meals are very small, I often found myself still hungry even after having the snack– but you have to exercise some self control if you want to see results and it is very pricey — I paid around £700 for the month 6– by the end of my month– I didn’t lose any weight but felt good about myself 7– a week later I received letter detailing what i should do to maintain my weight and healthy eating régime — which was nice I would give it a 4 or even 4.5 if it was a bit cheaper but in general I am impressed with the idea and process
