Great place. Closest to a Harley Davidson store, has very good staff and a great burger with fries. Try the stout beer, damn good!

This pub is not closed: rather, it’s been refurbished. I was drawn to this place because of the large space within and the stylish wooden interior. Sadly, they haven’t used much to house draft ales, with just two on tap when I was there. Their choice of lagers is equally unimaginative, comprising the usual ones you’d expect to find. I only tried the chips, which were okay. They were also included in a rather strange ‘offer’: buy a portion of chips individually for £3.50 or as part of four servings of any other bar food(prices ranging from £3.50 to £4.50) for £16! Err, I think I’ll buy four servings of chips individually thanks. No, really, it’s fine. Overall, a fairly pleasant pub. Plenty of space inside and out, and a rather relaxed atmosphere. Limited choice of ales but the food looked good. I won’t be beating a track back here, but I wouldn’t object to returning either.

I recently had a bar meal here with a colleague. The service, decore, ambience etc was fine. The food was a bit disappointing, the french fries that came with my meal look as though they had been cooked yesterday and reheated today.

What a great pub [note to reader — not just the beer talking]. Just back from many pints of guinness and a(qype voucher special) dinner with three mates from work. The bread and olives were good, but the cote de boef was stunning, just melt in the mouth crispy on the outside and nearly bleu in the middle. Good décor, enough bits to feel homely, not crowded, not sparse, just right. Four very happy boys staggered out when time was called. [edit] been back since and had very disappointing«pork belly» sandwich that consisted of some toasted focaccia with bits of fried pork fat between. Very disappointing.

Is closed now. We’re crushed really. Where am I going to get my Sinapore Slings and hubbs his Dark and Stormy now?! The only joint in our neighborhood that observed happy hour 7 days a week. Nevermind the world-changing Yum Nuea(spicy Thai steak salad). Luckily, we’ve found and mastered our own Yum Nuea recipe and have declared this the year of the Thai reicpe-wise. Your legacy lives on Hand & Flower.

Too close to Chelsea Football ground, so choose when you go — i.e. don’t go for a romantic dinner early evening on a Saturday when Chelsea are playing at home. Obviously a former pub this restaurant has been converted well and has a wonderful dining area(I bet the Chelsea fans hate the fact they have lost a boozer). Palm trees adorn the interior and there is a lovely little garden out the back to use weather permitting or to have a sneaky ciggie. Food is great, I am not a huge fan of Thai normally but they do some great chicken satay and they have some good hot and spicy dishes. Food is prepared in a minimalist way and presented well… Out front is a smallish traditional bar retaining the«old» Hand & Flowers bar which is great to use after eating for an after dinner pint — Yes I am a heathen. Give it a go — great in the summer months.
