A very small outlet of the Body Shop inside Paddington Station concourse, so only some of their products available. Quite handy of course if they have what you want and you can pick it up just before your train, or have a little browse around. Personally I was not too happy with the service I got from a member of staff when I asked for a replacement moisuriser which they didn’t seem to have. I had transferred one of their lotions to a smaller container which I use for travelling, in my handbag, but when I showed the girl (even though I explained) she said that the lotion wasn’t one of theirs anyway and I must have bought it somewhere else! She actually refused to believe me! I since discovered that the Body Shop had recently stopped selling it which is why I couldn’t buy it any more. I must say I was so annoyed by the reaction of the girl in the shop that I haven’t been back there since despite being in Paddington Station many times!
