Lovely park by the docklands river! I like the fact that this park is separated into sections. You have a play area for the kids, you have a maze garden, a lovely seating area by the river, a garden and café. You can only get here either by car or take Docklands light railway as it is place off the highway. Free car park, maximum stay is 2 hours.

Not really much to look at. The benefit here for me is that with the right lighting and the right angle there is a hell of a lot to see within a photographic frame which can look REALLY beautiful go see anyway, the history of how it all came about is quite interesting

Far flung but well appointed park/siteseeing spot on the Thames, easily reached on DLR. Good café serving panini, cappuccino and Tyrrells excellent crisps, and fruit! Great for a picnic with kids. Playground, river watching, landscaped gardens and when the fountains are working on a hot day, the kids can play in heir swimmers

This is a great park next to the barrier, on the Thames, it has well laid out gardens and great views. It is easy to park near, and has good facilities.
