Having no rotisserie chicken at 4:55pm on a Saturday afternoon is completely unacceptable and jolly poor form!

This is a giant feckoff chain that kind of ruins the area. It’s big, horrible, overwhelming ill-lit, but it’s also cheap and they have everything. Why go there? In my case, it’s the elderflower cordial. I can’t find it anywhere else. Also, when I make sloe gin & need 5l, it’s own-brand cheapo gin is good enough and that bit cheaper. But my, does my soul slightly draw out every time I walk in. I feel like about 1x in 4 I just walk right out again.

Agree with the other poster about the lack of fresh produce around the weekends! Apart from that this store has everything, beware though at the weekend it gets mental busy and you could easily be waiting in the queue for 30 mins, no joke. Loads of carpark places though!

I find myself coming home once again dissappointed with my shopping trip to this branch of Tescos. Now I don’t dislike Tesco as a brand but why should a store in one area, say Kennington, be so much better than one in another area, like Brixton. If the store is open 7 days it should have food for 7 days! I am told that on sundays because it is the end of the weekend their supplies are low. If you are open 7 days have the food on the shelf 7 days, simple! Tell me why, what reason is there on monday evening to have hardly any veg left, is this because it’s the begining of the week and because there wasn’t any on sunday it all went today! Sort it out! The people of Brixton deserve more than to be held over a barrel by you!
