This is a busy local Tesco. It’s bigger than your typical local, but it’s not so big that it has things like clothing and electricals and such. There are two entrances, one from the mall and one from the street. It can get quite busy during peak times (like evening commuting time) because it is so easy to just step out of the station, grab something, and go.
As a vegetarian, I always am a little biased against Tesco locals. They always seem to have less veggie stuff than their competitors do. I mean like frozen veggie burgers, veggie pizzas, vegetarian prepared sandwiches and such.
Don’t be surprised if the shelves are a little bare if you come after a popular rush hour (e.g., late on a Friday night). It’s a popular place. But it’s a good, convenient store that’s easy to pop into from the station.
