Highly reliable and recommended with a huge NUS Discount and massive saving to what the other computer shops charge!!. I study at UCL and contacted Student Computer Services for a laptop repair thats suddenly died on me in the middle of my work. The repair was complete in 48 hours and I was able to finish my Thesis on time. These guys are actually University staff so you have that extra assurance. I met the techies on campus, and everything is explained when I booked in the laptop ie the work part time hours and only start the repair at 6pm as from 9am 5pm they support University Staff. I completed a Service form and they keep me updated with the progress clearly outlining what has been done. If you need to contact them you can arrange to meet them in your common rooms. or in the Student Union at short notice!
