Sticky rice

This will just be a short review as I literally had one very small dish — scallop dumplings. Basically, the problem is if I know dumplings are in my vicinity, even if I want something else completely for my dinner (tonight it was Greek) I still have to have dumplings!
So I opted for the scallop dumplings which were just £2.95 for 3 — pretty cheap if you ask me. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for them but they were worth it as they were made fresh and tasted delicious. It was a lovely little starter and I’d definitely give them a go again in the future.
I will note that the noodle and rice dishes are also stir fried fresh which for a food court is quite impressive!

I ordered sticky rice with chicken and prawns and was served boiled rice with so much sauce the rice was swimming in it. The food was tasteless. It was the worst chinese food I’ve ever had.

Sticky Rice is located at the lower level food court inside Westfield Stratford City. We tried their House special rice which costed us 4.50 GBP.
Many of their items had pictures of how they looked like. The presentation of the items looked very appetizing and mouthwatering.
Unfortunately, the actual item we ordered was lacking in flavor.
Still, I would return to give them another chance. The price points were reasonable and they kept their food court location nice and clean. I would order something different next time though.
