Excellent service. Staunch and Flow have carried out plumbing work in my house for the last 7 years, installing a new bathroom, a new boiler and fixing problems if ever they have arisen. They are friendly and efficient and I can recommend them highly.

A Staunch and Flow engineer visited my property this morning, having made the appointment yesterday.
He was polite, friendly and seemed knowledgable, however he did little more than check the flow rate, give the insides a quick clean and tell me I needed a new boiler, then charge me over 100 pounds for the pleasure.
I shall update this review once I have had a second opinion on the boiler situation!
I was aware of the hourly rate beforehand.
EDIT
I do need a new boiler. they are comming to fit one soon, have added another star for their efficient diagnosis… will review again once they have fitted the new boiler.
