This practice is totally chaotic and a complete mess. The appointments always started late. I don’t know whether other people find Smita Trivedi herself to be technically a good optometrist, but the very expensive new glasses which I purchased from her actually made my vision worse, and I found her generally to be unprofessional, unreliable and disorganised. After paying her a lot of money for testing, and for the useless new glasses, she then announced that she didn’t have appointments available to continue working. A nightmare waste of time and money.
