Here’s the deal or the lack of.
Clicked on the «check-​in» button to take advantage of the 10% promo. Only problem. They never heard of it.
Ok (later they agreed to some discount). Sit down in the empty dining room. Wait 5min to be told (despite no other client) «we’ve run out of menus». So come to the desk to see what they have (and don’t — like goat).
Interestingly, they have a Guiness based cocktail which tastes like eggnog with more nutmeg and malt.
The food: We had brown chicken stew. Nice. Nicely marinated. Presented with a cold salad. Salad is good but I am not a fan of hot and cold sitting side by side. Had fried plantain. Also v nice.
Not a bad place but not one you feel like returning.
