Its not too bad, Barnet does seem to be lacking in truly great Indian restaurants but Shapla although only offering only pretty standard generic Indian fare does it passably, the tandoori prawns were very nice, the Jalfreizi was nice although not outstanding. Basically this isnt Indian food but it is what 90% of curry houses in the UK sell. If you want to try real Indian food either go to India or try Club 2000 in Rayners Lane or Maurya in Stanmore & North Harrow.

Best local indian by miles. The lamb bhuna is, apparently, majestic. Very consistent and great value. We often use their delivery service which is friendly and reliable.
