As you all know, everything in the UK is expensive! Trying to find the cheapest place to get things, like food and other everyday necessities, we were told Sainsbury has cheaper prices than, let’s say M&S down the street. It’s on par with Tesco I heard, and I’ve been here quite a couple of times. It seems that if you do self-checkout, you will have to pay for a plastic bag? And if you go to a cashier, you don’t? That’s the impression I am getting. To get alcohol, and I got my bottle of grey goose from here, it was a 20cl bottle with a cocktail shaker for 10.20 pounds. They sell a variety of food items, from eggs, to bread, to baked goods, to soda, juice, toilet paper, soap, basically anything you need, besides shot glasses: P. They have people walking around the store, it was kinda awkward when one of the workers was asking me if i was okay… heh
