I’ve lived in London 12 years and I can quite honestly say this is the best pizza I’ve eaten here. Super thin crust, fresh ingredients and so so tasty. Skip Papa Johns, this is honestly the real deal with local owners who need to stay open with local support. If I could score higher than 5 stars I would.

Pizza took over 1.5 hours to arrive, it was so cold, missing ingredients and the base was chewy. I emailed the restaurant to have the owner message me to call him. We called asking for a refund and instead he said we could have a dessert on our next order, we don’t even like desserts. Nor would we want to buy pizzas from them in the future. I emailed him again to say how unhappy I was with that response to my complaint to which he just gave me the thumbs up. So disappointing. Do not recommend buying from this rude business who clearly don’t value their customers,

Unfortunately our visit to RBO wasn’t that pleasant. When making the order, it turned out that the menus we were given ‘are not up to date’ so the get-a-free-bottle-of-wine-when-spending-more-than-£30 offer that we counted on was not valid. We were 4 ppl and everyone thought the menu looked promising, however the reality was something different: dry pizza with little fillings. Considering the quality, the pizzas are overpriced(around £11−13 for 12inch). The patio was nice though. When leaving the place, we left the money + some tip on the table together with the bill(as one always does??). However, there was someone running after us and asking for the payment, making us seem like we left without paying. I won’t go back.

I’m writing this before I have gotten my food, please keep that in mind. RBO has nice décor, next to a bus stop, and discount for takeaways! Owner is cool and a massive wood oven so you can see how he practices his craft. 4⁄5 stars without getting food

Where I live there are all the usual pizza takeaway places, in fact there is a Papa Johns right across the street from Red Brick Oven. However, ever since trying Red Brick I have never had pizza from anywhere else! I’ve never eaten in so I can’t say much about the restaurant or what service is like. I do know it’s bring your own drink though — which is never a bad thing. They don’t have many tables but they have indoor and outdoor seating. Every take away pizza I’ve had has been excellent. Really thin base and delicious fresh toppings. They’re usually ready in about 15 mins, although once I had to wait about an hour — really didn’t mind, when I went to collect the restaurant was packed! The manager was very apologetic and gave me an extra discount on the pizzas — which I thought was excellent service. I am now, and will continue to be, a frequent customer of Red Brick Oven!

Great pizza place. We ate in and ordered two custom pizzas. They were both very tasty using thin crusts and a good amount of toppings. We could see our pizzas being made and going into the wood fired oven.
