Eek! Me thinks not is exactly how I feel about this place! Thanks, Unilocal.Absolutely terrible customer service. I was in town for a 24 hour layover and was in dire need to get my hair done because I live in the middle of a desert. I arrive and for some reason, my phone was not working on roaming(maybe I went over my roaming data) so I asked to use the WiFi after I checked in. Apparently, it was«down» … lol. I would have believed that story had the front desk receptionist not slipped up and said she just sent an email from the computer aloud. So, I asked again — apparently, it was still down. I mean, seriously, who is stingy about Internet? Especially to a client who is in a foreign country. I am very great at keeping a poker face but I was on the verge of walking out of that place with my hair halfway done. I just cannot be bothered with lackluster service. The stylists took 45 minute break in the middle of my service, which prolonged it even longer. Finally, after my install — I said please don’t style my hair as I have to get going. She had the AUDACITY to say I don’t know where they do that but we don’t do that here. Excuse me? I thought I was the paying customer. Guess not. Finally, I did get wifi… 5 hours later after my friends already left the hotel because they couldn’t contact me. Someone actually asked me this week where they could get their hair done in London. I politely informed them that I have no recommendations. Not to mention, it’s no longer 1999 so you don’t need to use so many products that weight the hair down. Just a friendly reminder. :) The only nice woman was the Nigerian with shorter hair.
