Listen, I would’ve tried ANYTHING to rid myself of the near constant nausea associated with being pregnant. ANYTHING. Hypnotherapy? Why not? Yes. I attended one session with Rachel, who I found to be professional, lovely, compassionate and kind. The office is within a flat building, and her space is comfortable and stylish. I’m not sure anything short of a coma would’ve taken me away from severe«morning sickness» lasting 40 weeks of gestation — but it was worth a try. I can’t fault Rachel for trying! I felt Rachel truly cared about my health and wellbeing, and she even equipped me with some audio files to share with my husband, who has insomnia issues. In the end I just couldn’t muster the energy to attend more appointments, but when I walk by the office on Central Street I remind myself I should give it another try for less pressing issues like stress, sleep issues, etc. I think consistent sessions with her could greatly improve mental capacity and relaxation. I do really believe in hypnotherapy, and Rachel has a VERY soothing presence and voice that can send you very deep into your own subworld. So, I’ll go make that call now. :)
