Quintessentially is a private members club and 24 hour concierge service which works on a global level providing those who have got the money and are willing to spend it, with the best of the world of luxury. They believe in providing no fuss, top quality services from anything to travel, art, food, hotels, restaurants, what have you. Whatever what your demand is, they will go all out to meet them and adhere to your every need. I once heard a story about some wealthy folk who wanted to have animals at a party they were hosting (I think they were penguins) and the company managed, somehow, to arrange this!
If one joins the club to become a member they are offered incentives and benefits and are looked after well.
It is all a bit ridiculous, and totally off the horizons for myself, but if one can afford it why not indulge a little… or a lot? Especially when Quintessentially can apparently handle most of what is thrown at them. They have what is important in a concierge business which is customer care.
