Juices are pre made… They are not made for you!!! I walked 10 minutes as I wanted a freshly made juice… And the company says«made for you» … Kind of a trick if you ask me

I came here on my lunch break and I was surprised that half of their offerings were not available or in stock. I was there on a Saturday around lunch time, so yes the area it is in is a bit slow paced. However, there is several other lunch options around that are fully stocked of their menus. I had the chicken laksa soup and a blueberry smoothie. Both were delicious. I especially enjoyed the smoothie and would pop in specifically for one. Probably will be stopping in again as it is near my work.

This has become our spot of choice. Set away from the road it is in a perfect location. Very warm and welcoming staff. The food is lovely, and the staff are flexible if you want something slightly different. The cider though is excellent. I always have my chicken salad as my meal… though I’m sure all the menu items are as healthy as each other. I would recommend Pure as a lunch place during your working day. I would not recommend it for dates or for clients. It would also be a great place to pop by if you’re know you’re going to have a late dinner.

A welcome healthy lunch option to add to the ever-evolving line-up on Cheapside. Inviting set-up with shiny fruit baskets, cute bicycle stencils on the windows, and even a welcoming mat on the wood-panelled floor. Emphasis is on fresh and healthy, and with the tasty salad line-up I really had no excuse not to get involved! So far The Jerk(chicken, avocado, peppers, tomato and sweetcorn on baby leaf spinach and wholewheat pasta) has been a hit. You can make your own salad too, though personally I know this will end up at the unhealthier end of the spectrum for me(mmm goat’s cheese…). I’ve stopped by en route to work too — the granola pots and porridge type offering is similar to the bigger chains(Eat/Pret etc), whilst a colleague assured me the Bacon & Egg Wrap works well for a hangover. The healthy veggie pots are also good for easing afternoon snacking guilt(or justifying more cake); the butternut squash + quinoa one was surprisingly nice. It doesn’t stop there though — FINALLY a juice/smoothie offering to fill the obvious gap in the market around here that I’ve been waiting for! A weekly feel-good treat for me(how can anyone say no to Sex on the Peach?!). I’ll be back as I’ve yet to try the flatbreads, wraps or hot food options, or the coffee come to think of it. If you’re near Bank, head here when the munchies strike. Moorgate branch opening soon I believe. Standard inflated City lunch prices apply, but hey they gotta do their bit to make sure cityworkers get their five-a-day somehow… ;)
